BYS4525 (24+24 wheels): an inspection table, double edger, turntable and integrated double edging and chamfering arranged as one continuous glass production line.
A complete production solution
BYS4525 connects intelligent inspection, double-sided grinding, turning and chamfering in one production flow. It is designed for factories that want a stable rhythm with less waiting, re-handling and repeated positioning.

The BYS4524-DN and BYS2524-DN units cover different panel ranges while processing both straight edges with the required wheel sequence.

The 24+24-wheel configuration combines double edging and chamfering to reduce repeated positioning and manual handling.
