Product
BYAA BUT Series (24–32 Wheels)
The BYAA BUT Series is a fully automatic, servo-fed, high-speed double edger line in an L-type layout. Loading, double edging, R-corner grinding, washing, and unloading run in one continuous line.
Process flow
-
Loading
Glass is fed onto the line at the entry end.
-
Double edging
Both edges are ground simultaneously, with the wheel sequence matched to your required edge finish.
-
R-corner grinding
The radius is ground while the panel is still clamped on the same datum as the edge.
-
Washing
The finished panel is washed and dried in line.
-
Unloading
Panels leave the line ready for tempering, IGU assembly, or packing.

Frequently asked questions
How many grinding wheels can the line have?
The BYAA BUT Series is available with 24, 26, 28, 30 or 32 wheels.
How long is the standard line?
The standard 24-wheel model is approximately 3 m long. The final footprint depends on the selected configuration.
What glass and panel sizes can it process?
It is designed for 3–25 mm rectangular glass, stone slabs and similar panels, with a maximum processing size of up to 1,000 × 12,000 mm.
Can it grind and polish R-corners?
Yes. R3–R8 radius-corner cutting with polishing effect is available as an option. Parallel error is ±0.2 mm, diagonal error ±0.5 mm and chamfer width error ±0.2 mm.
What are the maximum speeds?
Grinding speed is up to 25 m/min and width adjustment speed is up to 20 m/min.
What are the delivery lead time and warranty terms?
The current project target is 75 days for delivery. Warranty is limited to 12 months after installation; wear parts are excluded.
What are the installation terms?
